Terms & Conditions


We supply goods according to our Standard Conditions of sale, a copy of which is sent to all customers on the opening of an account. This information also appears on all order acknowledgements and invoices. We particularly draw your attention to the fact that we do not accept terms of purchase that conflict with our Conditions Of Sale.


As distributors, we accept orders to a minimum value of S$200.00 excluding VAT. Order should be for at least the minimum quantity per colourway stated against each article in the catalogue, and for multiples thereof.


We will accept returns and cancellations from customers by prior agreement only and they may be subject to a service charge.


We are happy to open credit accounts with customers on the provision of satisfactory bank and trade references.


This is free in the Singapore on orders to a value of S$200.00 excluding VAT. Small orders are accepted, however, a carriage, packing and order processing charge will apply.

Order under S$200.00 will be subject to a S$30.00 charge.

Orders specified for next day delivery certain times will be charge as follows :

Before 10.30am S$ 20.00
Before 12.00pm S$ 15.00

This charge will be applied to the invoice when the order is taken.


Payment of accounts should be made by Cash only.


Every effort is made to avoid variation from batch to batch. Several of our products are made from handmade glass beads, which may vary slightly in colors, size and finish. All the trimmings for a project or for the manufacture of a product should be checked before use, as claims cannot be entertained for such a variation when the trimmings have been utilized. In all instances, we recommend that colors is matched using sample cards and not catalogue pages.
